Community Guidelines
Last updated: 13 August 2026
Drom works because people show up as themselves. These guidelines are what we expect from everyone. They form part of our Terms of Service, so breaking them can cost you your account.
Be real
- Use your real name and recent photos of you. No stock photos, no celebrities, no photos that are mostly someone else.
- One account per person.Don't run multiples.
- Be honest about your age. You must be 18 or over. Accounts we believe belong to minors are removed immediately.
- Don't impersonate anyone — another user, a coach, a brand, or us.
Be decent
Zero tolerance, immediate removal:
- Harassment — bullying, intimidation, stalking, repeated unwanted contact after someone stops replying or blocks you.
- Hate — attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age.
- Threats and violence, including glorifying it.
- Sexual content — nudity or sexually explicit photos or messages. Drom is not that app. Sending unsolicited explicit images gets you removed on first offence.
- Anything involving minors. Sexualised content involving anyone under 18 is reported to law enforcement.
- Non-consensual sharing— someone else's private information, photos, or screenshots of private conversations.
Don't use Drom to sell
- No spam, no promotions, no soliciting money, donations, or investments.
- No prostitution, escort services, or transactional arrangements.
- No crypto, MLM, or "coaching business opportunity" pitches in chat.
- Coaches: promote your services through CoacHub, not by cold-messaging runners.
Run safe, meet safe
- Meet in public, well-lit places for the first few runs.
- Tell someonewhere you're going and who with.
- Don't share your home address or workplacewith someone you haven't met.
- Don't pressure anyone to meet, to run further or faster than they want, or to go somewhere isolated.
- Respect a no.If someone declines, unmatches, or stops replying, that's the end of it.
- Read our Safe Running Tips.
Train responsibly
- You are responsible for your own body.Know your fitness level, and speak up if a pace or distance isn't right for you.
- Don't give medical advice.Coaches on CoacHub are independent professionals — we don't verify their credentials, so ask about qualifications and insurance yourself.
- Don't encourage disordered eating, over-training, or performance-enhancing drugs.
Play fair
- No cheating on leaderboards, XP, or challenges — no fake activities, no automation, no manipulation.
- No bots, scrapers, or automated access.
- No attempts to reverse-engineer, break, or probe the app. Found a security issue? Email drorgt7@gmail.com— we'd genuinely rather hear from you.
Reporting
Every profile and chat screen has Report and Block.
- Block ends all contact immediately.
- Report sends it to our safety team. We review every report and act — typically within 24 hours.
- Reporting is confidential. The person you report is never told who reported them.
- To investigate, we keep a copy of the reported conversation even if you block or unmatch. See the Privacy Policy.
If you're in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then tell us at drorgt7@gmail.com.
What happens when someone breaks the rules
Depending on severity, we may: remove content; issue a warning; limit features; suspend the account; or permanently ban the person and, where appropriate, report them to law enforcement.
Serious breaches — threats, sexual content involving minors, violence, non-consensual imagery — mean a permanent ban on the first offence, with no warning.
We don't allow banned users to return under a new account.
If you think we got it wrong
Email drorgt7@gmail.comwithin 30 days with your account details and what you'd like us to look at again. A different person reviews the appeal.
